Quality Manager (m/f)

About the role

Standex Electronics Croatia is launching a new manufacturing operation for instrument transformers and electromagnetic components. The company seeks an experienced Quality Manager to build, lead, and shape the entire Quality function from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Build and develop the Quality department, including future team members, processes, and best practices.
• Drive product, process, supplier, and customer quality initiatives.
• Lead audits, certifications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Global Quality teams to ensure successful production start‑up and operational excellence.
• Set quality objectives, monitor performance indicators, and ensure customer requirements are consistently achieved.
• Promote a strong culture of quality throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Professional proficiency in English.
