Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to provide financial, legal and technical consulting in construction and adaptation projects, oversee preparation, planning and control of construction and maintenance work, and coordinate subcontractors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Financial, legal and technical consulting in construction and adaptation projects
• Preparation, planning and control of construction and maintenance work
• Coordination of subcontractors and partners
• Procurement of necessary equipment, services and legal documentation
• Control and reporting regarding contracts, project stages and technical matters

Required profile

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
• Proficient use of MS Office tools (Excel)
• Good knowledge of legal regulations in construction
• Well‑developed analytical and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
• B category driver’s licence
