Product Manager

About the role

Travel Tilago is seeking a full‑time Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of its travel services portfolio. Based in Zagreb, you will shape product strategy, align offerings with market demand, and ensure timely delivery of new solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, operations, and technology—to launch new services.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product development, roadmap planning, and product design.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Knowledge of group travel, hotel capacities, and tourist attractions in Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, and Albania.
