About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to join our children’s footwear stores in Zagreb and Bjelovar. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right shoes while maintaining a welcoming retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present the children’s shoe assortment attractively and serve customers.
• Provide professional advice to shoppers during purchase decisions.
• Operate the cash register and handle POS transactions.
• Receive, display, price, and label merchandise.
• Prepare promotional discounts and conduct inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor.

Required profile

• Cheerful, responsible individuals eager to learn and develop.
• Secondary education in commerce, economics or a related field.
• At least one year of work experience, preferably in footwear retail.
• Strong communication skills, diligence, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Team‑player with a focus on sales.
