About the role

The Commercial Representative will build and manage a sales network of hospitality clients, focusing on restaurants, cafés and hotels. Working under the guidance of a team leader, you will visit existing and potential customers, develop relationships and promote the company’s offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service existing and prospective horeca customers in the Zagreb and Split‑Dalmatia area.
• Organise daily routes, manage time efficiently and keep accurate records of visits.
• Build credibility and long‑term relationships with legal entities operating in the hospitality sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and report market feedback to the manager.

Required profile

• Motivated, responsible and self‑driven individual.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Flexibility and openness to continuous learning and training.
• Preferably some experience in sales or a related field, but not mandatory.
