About the role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Cook to join our kitchen team at Made in Pasta in Zagreb. The role involves supporting the head chef in daily preparation of fresh pasta, sauces and other dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh pasta using a pasta maker under chef’s guidance.
- Process and portion ingredients according to recipes.
- Assist in cooking dishes and sauces.
- Wash and maintain kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support the culinary team in routine operations.
- Finish tiramisu in front of guests when required.
Required profile
- Responsible, hardworking and motivated individual.
- Team‑player with good organizational skills.
- Passion for Italian and local cuisine.
Required skills
- Operation of a pasta maker.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
