About the role

LEDO plus, the leading ice‑cream and frozen‑food producer in Croatia, is looking for a Supply Planner to develop and optimise the supply and production plan for its portfolio. You will work closely with sales, production and other functions to ensure material availability and stable inventories.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and continuously improve the optimal supply and production plan.
• Align long‑term supply and production forecasts with sales demand.
• Analyse business risks and supply‑chain changes, adapting the plan to projects, stakeholders and innovations.
• Prepare and keep up‑to‑date data that supports the supply plan.
• Optimise strategies to guarantee uninterrupted production, material availability and inventory stability while avoiding losses.
• Lead monthly S&OP/E processes and coordinate the product portfolio with other departments.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or a technical field.
• Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Responsible attitude and willingness to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
