About the role

The Retail Support Organizer will coordinate operational activities and provide day‑to‑day assistance to our sales locations. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth logistics, accurate reporting and continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational tasks and support sales outlets.
• Analyze business data, prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Plan, organize and coordinate business projects and processes.
• Manage inventory, work uniforms, consumables and logistical support for sales points.
• Prepare calculations, analyses and administrative support for reward systems.
• Work with business applications such as SAP and BI, processing and controlling data.
• Draft decisions, circulars, schedules and other business documentation.
• Coordinate trainings, business processes and collaborate with partners.
• Participate in the development, standardisation and optimisation of processes.
• Maintain active communication with sales locations, suppliers and other organisational units.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related field.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while embracing a team approach.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
