Operativno‑logistički koordinator

About the role

We are expanding our operations and are looking for two Operational‑Logistics Coordinators to join our team in Zagreb. You will play a key part in managing the flow of laboratory and medical products, ensuring smooth warehouse and shipping processes.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices, e‑invoices and credit notes.
• Prepare reverses and financial statements.
• Receive and administratively process incoming goods.
• Organise warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound movements.
• Pack and dispatch parcels using GLS and other carriers.
• Coordinate pickup of goods both within Croatia and internationally.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor orders and backlog.
• Participate in inventories, write‑offs and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Provide administrative support to sales and application teams.
• Perform other operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Preferably experience in distribution of laboratory, microbiological or medical products.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office; experience with an ERP system such as Synesis is a plus.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work in a team and take on varied operational duties.
