About the role

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Nurse or Medical Technician to join our home‑care team in Zagreb. The position combines field visits with administrative duties, offering a hybrid work model that lets you make a real difference in patients' lives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health care to patients at their homes according to individualized care plans.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' health status.
• Educate patients and families on health habits, disease prevention, and self‑care.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and other team members.
• Plan and organise field visits and handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in nursing or medical technology.
• Valid license for independent practice.
• Driving licence category B (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑reliant, responsible, reliable and proactive.
• Empathy, patience and dedication to patient care.
