Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

Glavic Clinic is seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to support daily marketing activities for both local and international markets. The role combines social media management, content coordination, and operational support to ensure the clinic’s digital presence reaches the right audience at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social‑media operations across multiple markets.
• Create and maintain a content calendar.
• Publish, adapt, and schedule posts.
• Handle community management, monitoring messages and comments.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots, deadlines, and approvals.
• Perform basic photo and short‑video editing.
• Organise marketing assets (photos, videos, materials).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Track marketing tasks, statuses, deadlines, and next steps.
• Prepare and verify data for marketing reporting.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Result‑oriented and proactive in identifying next steps.
• Clear, timely communication of issues or delays.
• Good understanding of social media and digital content.
• Experience publishing and adapting content.
• Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing.
• Fluent English for international market communication.
• Discreet handling of sensitive patient information.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Zagreb.
