Konobar (m/ž) – Pizzeria Klara

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter (konobar) to join the team at Pizzeria Klara, located on Utinjska street in Zagreb. The role involves serving coffee, beverages and meals, handling payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and other beverages.
• Issue invoices and process payments.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the service area, bar, storage and equipment.
• Provide courteous, professional service and present food and drinks attractively.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in hospitality.
• Secondary school education with a hospitality focus.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, sales ability and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility, punctuality, reliability and a strong team spirit.
• Knowledge of and strict adherence to sanitary and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn continuously and develop professionally.
