About the role

We are looking for a communicative, reliable and professional individual to join our newly opened restaurant Misto in Zagreb. The role involves serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner while contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests with courteous and professional communication.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tables.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and create a pleasant dining environment.
• Handle cash register duties and issue receipts.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and the rest of the team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Polite, tidy and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work in a team and on rotating shifts.
• Responsibility and speed in task execution.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
