Junior Customer Strategy & Planning Manager (m/f)

About the role

Join Unilever Croatia as a Junior Customer Strategy & Planning Manager and own the performance of assigned categories and brands across Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina. You will translate global strategies into local execution plans, ensuring flawless market delivery and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Integrated business planning covering category, brand and channel strategy.
• Develop local execution plans and compelling selling stories for new product launches.
• Ensure high‑quality implementation of category projects and in‑store execution.
• Manage yearly trade‑marketing and financial plans.
• Analyse and track category and customer performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Build and execute media strategy that connects digital, social, influencer and PR activities.
• Coordinate creation of point‑of‑sale materials with external agencies.
• Oversee portfolio management and marketing budget control.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in brand management, trade/customer marketing or sales.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data.
• Passion for winning and a high sense of ownership.
• Fluent English communication skills.
