IT Support Technician - Tagalog Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician who is fluent in Tagalog to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to users in Croatia. The role involves onsite, phone and remote support, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to users via onsite visits, phone or remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and passwords.
• Monitor systems and uphold security standards.
• Log and track incidents using ticketing systems.
• Apply updates, patches and perform backups.
• Escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Guide users on basic IT best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and networking concepts.
