About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Zagreb. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring technical quality, and managing project costs from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Perform technical tasks related to building construction.
Conduct inspections, calculate work performed, and verify compliance.
Prepare plans, monitor budgets, and control expenses.
Lead the construction site, organize work schedules, maintain site documentation, and coordinate with other engineers.

Required profile

Higher education in civil engineering (VŠS/VSS).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational abilities, independence, and capability to manage all phases of site work.
Team‑player attitude.
Valid Category B driving licence.

Required skills

Proficiency with CAD software.

What we offer

Net salary ranging from 2,300 to 2,500 (depending on experience).
Permanent employment contract.
Company car and computer.
Motivating environment with a young, ambitious team.
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, every second Saturday off.
