About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to maintain and support the technology infrastructure of a hotel and its offices. The role combines hands‑on hardware maintenance, help‑desk assistance and administration of hotel‑specific software.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain computers, printers, POS terminals, network equipment (switches, Wi‑Fi routers) and IP phone systems.
• Provide on‑site and remote help‑desk support, quickly resolving issues that affect reception or restaurant operations.
• Create and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, assign permissions and ensure information security.
• Monitor and support hotel management software (PMS), electronic key systems and other hospitality‑specific applications in collaboration with external vendors.
• Perform regular data backups, manage antivirus protection and enforce security measures.
• Track tickets in a ticketing system and meet defined SLA response times.
• Collaborate with reception, sales and accounting departments on new tools and projects.

Required profile

• Technical secondary or higher education (computer science, electrical engineering or related).
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 administration (preferred).
• Hotel PMS or POS system knowledge (plus).
• Backup procedures and antivirus solutions.
