About the role

The company is looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to work on construction sites. The role involves planning, coordinating and supervising electrical installation works throughout the project lifecycle, both in the office and on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control the execution of electrical installation works during the whole project.
• Review and coordinate technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical support during procurement, subcontractor selection and project implementation.
• Participate in the preparation and contracting of works with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate actively with designers, supervisors, subcontractors and the investor.
• Monitor work quality, progress and compliance with contractual deadlines.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings and prepare reports as needed.
• Maintain site documentation, control construction logs and produce site situation reports.
• Prepare documentation for technical inspections.
• Apply and monitor occupational health, safety and environmental protection measures.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Engineer’s degree or Master).
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, AutoCAD).
• Strong organisational skills, responsibility, pro‑activity and teamwork orientation.
• Basic knowledge of English.
