About the role

We are looking for 2‑3 passionate florists to join our team in Zagreb. You will work in two locations – New Zagreb and the city centre – creating beautiful bouquets, wreaths, table arrangements and other floral designs. The position starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

Design and assemble fresh flower bouquets, wreaths and decorative arrangements for various occasions.
Maintain high standards of quality, freshness and presentation.
Collaborate with colleagues across both work sites to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with health‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

Practical knowledge of flower arranging techniques (bouquets, wreaths, table settings, etc.).
Preferred vocational (KV) education in a related field.
Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, six hours per day.
