Customer Service Representative (m/f)

About the role

As a member of our busy Sales Team, you will handle online orders and respond to customer inquiries before and after purchase. You will provide exceptional service through phone, email and live‑chat while receiving full support from your colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Process online orders and manage sales order entries in the ERP system.
• Answer pre‑sale and post‑sale questions via phone, email and live chat.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high attention to detail.
• Prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant customer‑service or sales support experience.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Experience with an ERP/Accounting system for sales order processing.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
