CNC operater (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized CNC operator to join a leading global provider of polymer solutions. The role involves producing seals and sealing systems on a CNC lathe, working with a variety of materials, and collaborating closely with an engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture seals and sealing systems using a CNC lathe.
• Handle diverse materials such as plastics, Teflon, polyurethane (PU) and elastomers.
• Program and set up different seal profiles on the CNC machine.
• Coordinate and consult with engineers to ensure product quality and specifications.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a technical focus.
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Patience, determination and respect for hierarchy and business decisions.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
