Clinical Sales Representative

About the role

Pharm Lab d.o.o. is expanding its market presence and seeks a motivated, responsible, and proactive Clinical Sales Representative. You will act as the bridge between innovative medical products and healthcare professionals, driving adoption in cardiology and interventional radiology.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell cutting‑edge medical devices for cardiology and interventional radiology.
• Provide technical‑clinical education and support to physicians and staff in operating and interventional suites.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and healthcare institutions.
• Conduct regular field visits, monitor market trends, and analyse customer needs.
• Participate in national and international congresses, workshops, and symposia.
• Develop sales plans, report activities, and achieve defined targets.

Required profile

• Higher education in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, medicine, nursing or economics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in an interventional/operating room or similar role in the pharmaceutical/medical industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, highly responsible and comfortable with extensive field work.
