About the role

The Brand Assistant will support the Brand Manager in promoting and managing the company’s product portfolio across retail locations in Croatia and Slovenia. You will work on‑site, coordinating visual merchandising, sales‑point activities and marketing campaigns while ensuring optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange sales points and shelves to maximise brand visibility.
• Monitor inventory and ensure optimal ordering of goods.
• Track sales performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports on sales results and marketing activities.
• Organise and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Manage the brand’s social‑media channels.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for sales staff.
• Visit retail locations regularly in Zagreb, surrounding regions, Slavonia, Istria and key cities in Slovenia.

Required profile

• Reliable, communicative and enjoys working with people.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others.
• Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills.
• Higher education (VSS) and preferably sales experience.
• Active B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency at level B2.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
