Apparel Product Developer & Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Apparel Product Developer & Project Coordinator to lead the creation of new garments from concept through final production. The role combines design, technical documentation, material selection, and close collaboration with manufacturers to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product development from initial idea to finished production.
• Develop new collections and individual garment items.
• Create professional technical packs for manufacturing.
• Produce accurate technical garment drawings using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Develop size specifications and take part in fittings and sample revisions.
• Select fabrics, knits, trims, and all other product components.
• Communicate independently with manufacturers and suppliers in English, both written and spoken.
• Review samples, provide development comments, and document revisions.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with textile engineers, manufacturers, and the internal development team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in apparel development.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction.
• Good understanding of textile materials, compositions, finishes, and fabric characteristics.
• Proven experience communicating with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
