About the role

MiniPolis is looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals (male/female) to join our team as Animators. You will work directly with children in our interactive themed park, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate group visits throughout the park.
Organise and host children’s birthday parties.
Operate park attractions and assist visitors.
Inspect the park, report any faults, and ensure equipment is functional.
Provide courteous, efficient communication with guests.
Adapt quickly to changing situations and perform additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

Experience working with children.
Secondary school diploma (VSS) and higher education (VŠS) or current student in teaching or early‑childhood education.
Relevant informal education courses or seminars in communication and child work are a plus.
Basic computer literacy.
