Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to expand and strengthen our affiliate programme across multiple iGaming markets. You will be responsible for building valuable partnerships, driving acquisition and revenue, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners in targeted markets.
• Develop and manage promotional campaigns and incentives to maximise partner performance.
• Monitor affiliate budgets, ROI and KPIs, using data to continuously optimise results.
• Analyse affiliate performance and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Track market trends and competitor activity, turning insights into growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial tracking and deliver clear reporting to senior management.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with programme policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Support Junior Affiliate Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Own delegated projects from conception through execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record managing affiliates across multiple international, including unregulated, markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Solid understanding of online gaming, affiliate marketing trends and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute affiliate strategies aligned with broader business goals.
• Strong analytical mindset.
