About the role

We are seeking an assistant construction worker to join our team in Zagreb, supporting the development of telecom infrastructure. The position primarily involves pulling optical fibers as part of low‑grade civil works, ensuring that cable routes are correctly installed and protected.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, routing and securing of optical cables on construction sites.
• Prepare work areas by clearing obstacles and setting up necessary equipment.
• Follow all safety regulations and site‑specific guidelines while performing tasks.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and other crew members to meet project timelines.
• Report progress and any issues to the site supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Male or female candidates.
• Preferred possession of a Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Cable pulling.
