Medicinska sestra / Medicinski tehničar – neuropedijatrijska ambulanta

About the role

We are looking for a qualified medical nurse or technician to join our neuropediatrics outpatient department. The successful candidate will support physicians during examinations and diagnostic procedures, ensuring high‑quality care for our young patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors during examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations and therapies.
• Administer prescribed therapies and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain medical equipment.
• Keep examination rooms, waiting areas and other clinic spaces clean and hygienic.
• Educate patients on health advice and therapy instructions.
• Communicate with patients empathetically and provide support.
• Organise appointments and provide logistical support for physicians.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in paediatrics.
• Valid licence for independent practice issued by the Croatian Chamber of Nurses.
• Relevant experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and medical information systems.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail.
• Empathy, patience and professionalism when dealing with patients.
• Ability to work independently and excel in a team environment.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
